Directions and Parking
tribe is located off New Park Ave. The entrance to our neighborhood is located between Butler Equipment & Moon Hookah. As you drive in, you will pass the Gastropark on your left, continue straight into the industrial park. You will find us in the far back left corner (building 4). We are direct neighbors with the Performance Lab, across the parking lot is Wagging Tails & next to us is Building 3 where you will see a N&S Events Studio sign.

FAQ
How do I use the website?1. Click register in top right corner and fill out account information.
2. Once account is set up: then click pricing and choose from a variety of packages and unlimited membership options.
3. To book a spot:
– Click schedule on the left of the screen and select a class by day
– Select an available spot of your choice when prompted
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for the first class of the day and a 4 hour cancellation policy for all other classes in a given day. As long as classes are cancelled outside these two cancellation windows, there is no charge. If there is a late cancel, then one class will be taken for single class or multi-class package members or $10 will be charged for members with unlimited memberships. If the reservation is not cancelled and the member does not show, a $15 no show fee will be charged for members with unlimited memberships and a class will be taken for single class or multi-class package members.
Please be advised that these terms apply if you are on the waitlist for a class as well, so we’d recommend putting yourself on the waitlist only if you are sure you can
Water, towel, and athletic footwear of your choice. We do not do shoe rentals, so if you are cycling, please wear sneakers or bring along your SPD cleat cycling shoes.
The pedals on our bikes accommodate for both athletic sneakers and SPD cleat cycling shoes. You will have to arrive with your footwear, we do not offer shoe rentals at this time.
We have two large bathrooms and five individual shower rooms at our studio that you are welcome to use before and after classes.
Everyone & all levels are welcome at our studio. Our classes are designed for all levels and you are encouraged to take class at your own pace. We are always available before and after class for any questions you might have & will assist with bike set up for our cycling classes.
Members can use a class in their class package to reserve a spot for a friend in class. Please be advised that booking a spot for a friend will reduce the number of remaining classes in your package by one for every class reserved. If you intend to frequently share your package with a friend or family member, we can connect your accounts so you may share the package.
