• Cycle – is a 50-minute high-energy ride that incorporates strength, speed and endurance work while rhythm riding – this ride includes one upper-body hand-weight series.
  • Sculpt Ride – is a 50-minute high-energy ride that incorporates strength, speed and endurance work while rhythm riding – this ride includes a more extensive upper-body hand-weight series. We place a focus on toning and building strength.
  • Tabata Ride –  is a 50-minute very high-intensity ride that incorporates tabata style interval training (20/10) while including one upper-body hand-weight series. An emphasis on how our mental strength correlates with our physical strength is the theme as you crush every challenge that comes your way.
    You’ll have the opportunity to work both in and out of the saddle on a variety of different resistance levels.
  • Cycle & Core – is a 50-minute high-energy class that incorporates both riding and core/ab work, a blend of cycle and our core sculpt classes – we ride for approximately 2/3 of the class including one upper-body hand-weight series & power through core burning mat work for the other 1/3.
  • Cycle 101 Workshop –  is a 50-minute interactive workshop class, designed to help riders achieve a clear understanding of tribe’s cycling classes. Extra time is dedicated upfront to bike set-up, proper form, and how to leverage the Keiser bike to deliver the best (and most fun) workout possible. cycle 101 was created for riders who have taken 0 to 5 classes at tribe, but we welcome anyone seeking this environment for class. *This class will not be regularly scheduled, but held as workshops throughout the year.  If you are new and a workshop is not currently listed, please do not hesitate to ride in ANY class!*
