      • PULSE – is a 50-minute pilates mat inspired workout that is a major core blaster & helps you strengthen, lengthen and tone every muscle in your body enhancing flexibility and core stabilization.
      • Barre Sculpt –  is a 50-minute dance & toning inspired workout that helps you strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body. Tone your thighs, flatten your stomach, define your abs and strengthen your arms in a workout blending ballet, pilates, and isometric holds.
      • Core Sculpt– is a 50-minute abs/core inspired workout where we target every area of our mid-section.  Toning and building a strong center to enhance our movement and physical stability we utilize our own body-weight, find dynamic cardio bursts & will often include weights and the TRX.
